Parish Mass and Picnic

Saturday, Sep 21st, St. Mary's Parish will be having a Bi-lingual Parish Mass and Picnic at Andrews Park 614 E. Monte Vista, Vacaville

Mass at 4pm and Potluck Barbeque Dinner to follow.

Please note: Confessions and vigil Masses at 5:30pm and 7pm, on Saturday, Sep 21st will be canceled. 

For the potluck dinner, bring something to share.

This is a great opportunity for all  to come together as a parish at one Mass and one event and grow in our friendship with Christ and with each other.

Support Group for Healing Toward Forgiveness & Healing from Grief

Support Group With Dolly Braida

Where: In meeting Room #7 of St. Mary's Parish Hall (350Sintson Avenue, Vacaville)

When: Saturday, September 28th & 29th, 2019 at 10:00 A.M.

Dolly tries to help people heal from grief from losing a love one and from abuse and other kinds of pain that may have affected their lives in some way, by letting go of their anger so that they will one day be able to forgive those who have hurt them.  In her lectures Dolly shares some thoughts and feelings that come from her own experience of abuse and other kinds of pain in her past life, and the steps she took to heal her pain and let go of her anger so she could finally feel forgiveness in her heart.

 

Next Baptism Date

Saturday, November 9th, 2019 will be the next date to celebrate English baptisms. The parents and godparents of the child who will be baptized need to be registered parishioners in this church and attend the pre-baptismal preparation class. If you come from another parish, you need to present a letter from your parish priest. The next pre-baptismal class will be Tuesday, October 8th, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the parish hall.

You need to register at the parish office before attending the Pre-Baptismal class.

 

Adoration

Friday, October 4th, is the First Friday.  The adoration begins immediately following the 8:00 am Mass with the exposition of the Blessed Sacrament and ends at 6:15 pm.  Come spend time with Jesus.
