NOTE: At our outdoor Masses, attendees will be welcome to remain in their cars during Mass especially when we are experiencing inclement weather and cold temperatures. If you plan to attend Mass in your car, you should park on the east side of the parking lot facing the parish hall. Please know that there will also be space reserved in the parking lot for those who would like to attend Mass outside of their cars. In any case, those receiving the Eucharist at Communion time will be invited to leave their cars and process to the altar to receive Our Lord. For those who are not able to leave their cars, Communion will be brought to them in their cars.   *****the faithful participating in those live-stream Masses are welcome to come to the church up to an hour afterward to receive Holy Communion.

Monday - Saturday / Lunes a Sabado

8:00 am Daily Mass (Outdoors - English)

6:30 pm Misa el Martes (Al Aire Libre- Español)

All are still dispensed (excused) from the obligation of attending Sunday Mass, though God's 3rd Commandment still requires that we keep Sunday holy even if we choose not to come to Mass.  When you arrive, please consider registering your attendance for contact tracing.

Holy Mass is available live on the St. Mary's Vacaville YouTube Channel.

Another fruitful practice if you're not able to attend Mass is to read and pray the daily Mass readings, which you can find here.

Act of Spiritual Communion

O my Jesus

I believe that you are truly present in the Most Holy Sacrament of the altar.

I love you above all things and desire to receive you in the Eucharist.

Since I cannot receive you sacramentally at this time,

I beg you, dear Lord, come into my heart spiritually and refresh my soul.

I adore you with profound reverence;

I embrace you and unite myself wholly to you.

Never permit me to be separated from you. Amen

Comunion Espiritual

Creo, Jesús mío,

que estás real
y verdaderamente en el cielo
y en el Santísimo Sacramento del Altar.

Os amo sobre todas las cosas
y deseo vivamente recibirte
dentro de mi alma,
pero no pudiendo hacerlo
ahora sacramentalmente,
venid al menos
espiritualmente a mi corazón.

Lunes a viernes: 3pm - 6pm

Public Masses

Starting Monday, June 8th, 2020
June 5, 2020

Dear St. Mary’s Parishioners:

As we prepare for the resumption of the celebration of public Mass on Monday, June 8th, I would like to share with you some guidelines that we will be following in order to comply with the recommendations of local, federal and international authorities, as well as, the recommendations of the Most Reverend Jaime Soto, Bishop of Sacramento. The guidelines are intended to ensure the safety of those who participate in the celebration of the Sacrifice of the Mass.

Bishop Soto’s decree of March 13, 2020 dispensing ALL Catholics from the obligation of attending Sunday Mass and Mass on Holy Days of Obligation remains in effect. Please keep in mind that even if one does not attend Mass on Sunday, it is important to keep the day holy. This can be done, for example, by participating in a live-stream Mass, praying the Rosary, reflecting on...Read more
